With over 25 years of experience in banking and accounting, Simon Chan is passionate about helping Australian small to medium businesses grow with confidence. He works closely with business owners
and individuals to help them reach their financial and personal goals – whether that means securing the right lending, managing cash flow or making smarter financial decisions.

A qualified accountant since 1999, Simon brings a strategic yet practical approach to every client. He’s known for making finance easier to understand, removing stress from the lending process and building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and genuine care. He believes finance should be simple, transparent and always in the client’s best interest. Overall, his goal is to understand and connect with his client’s motivations and aspirations-partnering with them to fully realise their goals and make banking easy.

Jen has always had a passion for people and great service. Although she began her career as a research scientist, she soon realised her strengths were in connection, care and helping others. After taking time off to raise her two daughters, Jen returned to the workforce in customer-facing roles such as barista and front-of-house hospitality. Her genuine warmth, attention to detail and commitment to service became her signature.

Today, Jen brings that same care and professionalism to Financed Co, working alongside her husband, Simon. She plays a key role behind the scenes – supporting clients through the loan process, liaising with lenders and ensuring every application runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, getting out in nature and staying connected to her community. She is proud to be part of a business that puts people first and helps others achieve their goals.

Izabella is the key connection point between our accountants, and our clients, making the whole process of obtaining finance as easy and seamless as possible. Having worked as an accountant for the last 3 years preparing tax returns and financials, she has a deep understanding of what is required to get the loan approved. She prides herself on taking the time to understand each client’s goals and to work closely with their accountants to access the financial information we need and structure the lending solution in line with the accountant’s tax advice and strategies.
